Some have become lazy with respect to attending services. You don’t want to get up, prepare or do what you would typically do…it’s just laziness. That’s why the challenge with the Blaze kids is what it is. The devil created something that got you out of the will of God. When being here was the will of God for you before Covid. Now I know there are options to everything but anytime our children can’t gather for fellowship and parents are reluctant to attend because Blaze Kidz isn’t available for the children to attend…we are not accommodating. We have a problem.
It’s about you being a leader at this point, and you have to deny yourself. It’s convenient to just wake up and hit a button on Sunday mornings. You’re coming back slowly, and I do appreciate that but there is something that we get when we assemble. Stadiums are refilling. We go everywhere else. On Sundays, you have become acclimated with laying back, which is just being lazy. Let’s do better and get back to the assembling of ourselves and I want all my leaders as it relates to Blaze Kidz back in place.
Galatians 6:1-6 (NKJV)
- You who are spiritual restore such a one (that eliminates a lot of us because it’s only those who are spiritual that have the responsibility of restoring such a one in the spirit of gentleness)
- We are hard when we judge others, why aren’t we similarly hard when we judge ourselves?
- A lot of people want to be bigger than they are. They want to be big, but little got them. There is a mix up of priorities. We must examine ourselves. Stop endeavoring to make more money first. Say this, “I will stop endeavoring to make more money first, I will endeavor to keep more money than I am making.”

- Examine you, if you’re good and you can rejoice – you will not look into someone else’s lane. Some people change when others change. If someone becomes brand new on you and you change because of them, you are not who you say you are. Let someone change on me, you will get nothing different. Your changes will not dictate to me, Holy Spirit is dictating to me. You have to be bigger than that! You are going to let someone’s attitude or disposition change yours? You don’t know who you are.
- Let him who is taught the word…Share in all good things with him who teaches
As you donate to various causes (charities), make certain they align with your spirit man first.
In our community, most don’t know where your last paycheck is, and there’s some major illiteracy that goes on in your life every single week. I want you to begin to focus on keeping more. I want you to be set up where the money you begin to keep settles you in making more.
When you make more, you are getting settled into making more, and you are more capable to release your faith for more. I don’t play that Law of Obsolescence, which makes you think your stuff is obsolete. (Definition: The Law of Obsolescence says that everything—products, services, skills, core competencies, advertisements, marketing strategies, and business processes—is becoming obsolete with the passing of time.)
I probably keep 70% of my income, which is not obligated to anything. Be like your Pastor in that regard. Stop it with all this spending. It will get so tight here in a few years. Sow and Save! Sow and Save!!! Focus on keeping more money, I hope every time you sign a new credit app you hear me say focus on keeping more money.
Part of the downfall in the African American community because now your children’s children doesn’t want to come here. This (the assembling of ourselves) was the was the bedrock for all of the information in the African American community. This is where the civil rights movement began… right in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ from pulpits like this.
This is where the African American community really survived and now your children have options. What’s going to happen to our children’s children? A fifteen- year-old boy just got arrested for killing someone. How did he get a gun at fifteen, but that’s a part of the demise you’re not bring them to these places (the church of the Lord Jesus Christ) anymore…this is where we lived. You go get your grandbabies. If your children were so turned off from your relationship with God, then you apologize and repent and go get your grandbabies and your great grandbabies. Your babies, grandbabies, or great grand don’t stand a chance if Y’ALL don’t do something. As for me and my house… (we shall serve the Lord). I am just loving you, am not fussing…I just hate the demise. We don’t have to suffer.
All of this is an offering message because I am presenting my body a living sacrifice. It’s an offering!!!!
I had a young man ask me some years ago what would my contribution be for black history month and I said, “My Life.” I am going to show the life of a black man as it relates to my house. I said I am going to show you how it’s done or should be done. I am going to stay with my wife, and show the world what marriage should look like, that’s a responsibility, and to raise my children in the fear and admonition of God and create generational wealth.
Everything that’s being publicized is giving the black man a bomb rap and people are falling prey to it… rappers are becoming our kid’s heroes instead of their Pastors.
We (Dr. DeeDee and I) are committed to that degree because it’s more to us than just us. There have been desecration of the martial covenant. Whatever pain or misery we had to go through, we went through it for the sake of the glory of God and to honor Him. You need to holdfast.
I need you to change your position and posture with respect to money. Go home and figure out how you can keep more of the money you’re making. Stop spending! Don’t sign another credit app for anything.
One of the ways you are led by the Spirit, is through me.
Mark this day, October 16, 2022 – you will regret it or rejoice. The day you hear His voice, don’t turn away from it. Stop this foolishness.
Take a break. In our last family meeting, I just told Dr. DeeDee to put this amount away every single month and this is the only money you will have to spend. I’m working on something bigger. Stop consuming, it’s not too late.
Let’s repent, let’s change our direction. Let’s get rid of these infirmities of mentality. There are some weaknesses in our mental state to think we have to prove something to people.
I specialize in saving and sowing. This has been a journey. You can create a covenant with God for your family even if you’re 80 or 90 years old.
I was sitting in a meeting and the Spirit of God said to give Apostle Price $40,000 for his 40th anniversary. I stopped the meeting to sow. How many people can do that? We have to examine ourselves.
Galatians 6:9-10 (NKJV) You could grow weary before you sow, that will stop you from sowing because you have to figure out how you’re going to sow when you owe everybody you owe, you grow weary. It was God that gave you the ability to get wealth. You have to figure out how you can give something back to His order because you have given everything to your life. How is that working out for you?
I speak to you as a loving Elder and Father to say let’s get our lives in order.
