Join us for a fun, informative and life changing experience. For the next few weeks, we will learn the art of healthy cooking and explore the world of wholesome cooking using foods that were created for your body to thrive. Included in the class can be cooking demos, grocery store tours, farmers market visits and tools/resources to assist participants on their health and fitness journey.
WOMEN/MEN-PLUG-College Ministry
Description: College is a unique time that presents unique ideas, challenges, opportunities, and questions. PLUG (Powerful Leaders Under God) is a coed group where new, returning, local, and out-of-state college students come together to discuss all things college from a Kingdom of God perspective. It’s also a group where students can create and maintain godly relationships with other students at their schools and/or in their local areas.
SEXUAL INTEGRITY
We live in a sex-crazed world; one that has been inundating us with sexual imagery since we were young boys. The effects have been the destruction of our families and our destinies. This group will equip men with the mindset and practical strategies to achieve and maintain integrity below the belt.
