Quick review, why do we come here class? (Ecc 5:1)
The Bible says caution. Beware when you enter into this place, because you are coming in not for a hook up, not to network, not even for a fellowship. You come here to learn. Say the principal reason why I come to this place is for me to learn the will of God concerning my assignment. You remember that so that you will have an objective when walk into this building. All the ideations or inspirations as it relates to the vicissitudes of life will begin to be plausible. So then, when you come in here, you have to be set, you have to be established, that same forward posture that you have on the edge of your seat, leaning forward, you want something out of this.
Let me tell you something. If it was not for Biblical non-denominational ministries that I was connected to, I would be Jehovah’s Witness, because Jehovah’s Witnesses, when they come into those Halls, they are already set. Now, the gospel and the doctrine is in error, it’s wrong, it’s way off. When I first met my property manager when I acquired the property in the Bahamas, I went to the shore at the end of the peninsula and I speak out ‘every storm or system that’s formulating that will cause hurricanes or storms to come this way, you are officially, in the name of Jesus, not permitted; do not trespass on my property. He’s Jehovah’s Witness and he said, only Jesus has that authority. You see they study, but they study wrong. Shout I got authority!
When I tell you this lesson is going to excite you to no end, if you get a hold of it, if you stay walking in…that’s why a lot of people don’t like your pastor. Because I’m strong that way and it comes across like arrogance. And they get arrogance confused with confidence. Actually, it’s Godfidence! I believe God! And Jehovah’s Witnesses are running circles around believers because ya’ll won’t go home and study your Bibles.
Pastor Dewayne: Yeah, watch this, Pastor Mike. People who don’t renew their minds, they become wannabees. Those are the only ones that attack people that are doing well. They want what you want, but they don’t want to do what you did to get it. So, they try to stop you and pull you down to where they are so they can feel good about themselves. Don’t let a wannabee stop you from doing what God told you because you took the time to renew your mind. You renewed your mind on the word of God, and you are taking dominion in the earth, and they don’t like it, and now they talk about you. Have you noticed that all your haters are not above what you are doing? People that are above, they are really trying to pull you up to where they are. People that are under you are trying to pull you down. Don’t let somebody pull you down. You were made for this!
So now, with respect to you coming in here and learning, it is designed so that you can go away from here and become teachers. The Bible says for by now you ought to be teachers. If you can’t teach this, you don’t know this, and you should be listening like I’m going to call on you next week to teach it. Is that making any sense to you? Stop spending so much time on frivolous things that’s not moving the needle to your increase. Shout I’m the main ingredient to my success! God is not the main ingredient. Satan can’t stop you. You’ve gotta stop playing the blame game. The white man can’t hold you back. Satan is a defeated foe. Are you hearing what I’m saying? Nothing by any means can stop you! Say I’m undefeated! I’m unexplainable! I’m uncontainable! I’m unstoppable!
So now, as it relates to your learning, it’s time for you to understand this. In January, I was talking about your settling the fact that I’m your pastor, and you stayed beyond January. So, it is a safe to assume that I can tell you how to live the Godkind of life.
So, from there we moved into ‘Pressing into Understanding’. It’s important that you set yourself not only to hear from me as your pastor, but to understand it. Understanding to the point that your children will see a significant difference in your life. That’s what’s confusing about our households in the Christian community because they see you coming here, but they don’t see the principles practiced at home. And so, your public performances are telling on your private practices, because they see you at home and they see you here. And that’s why the minute they get from under your covering, and it wasn’t your influence, it was your control. You cannot cause a child to do what you want them to do if it’s been controlled, when they are out of your sight, but your influence will go with them. We are highlighting influencers in our culture all over the world, and we’re not even influencing our own home. You want to be discovered, but you haven’t been developed. There are some things that we gotta get to the bottom of and deal with these inconsistencies and inadequacies to cause increase and promotion. And the only way the real you is going to be revealed is through the Word of the Living God. A man left outside of the Word of God, will never be introduced to the real him. Then shall your way be made prosperous. Then shall you have good success.
Pastor Dewayne: Prov 4:7(NIV) – The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
And, with all your getting, get understanding. Understanding is divine comprehension in your heart, that gives you the ability to repeat something at will. Whatever you don’t understand you will not have the ability to repeat at will. That’s how you can prosper on purpose. It bothers me when some people say, concerning their prayer, sometimes God says yes, sometimes God says no, sometimes God says I don’t know. The Bible says all the promises of God are yes and amen. So, how do I pray? I go to the Word and find out what His will is concerning my life and I pray His will. Sometimes instead of even going to the Word, I’ll go to Him and even ask Him, what should I be praying about today? Since He gives you desires of your heart, he gives you everything that you ask…God instead of me wasting my time, I can pray in Holy Spirit, His perfect will.
You know most people don’t have what God says they can have, simply because they’re undisciplined. They don’t have drive to go after, Man, we’re talking about your life. Invest in YOU.
Pastor Dewayne: Prov 10:13 (NKJV) – Wisdom is found on the lips of him who has understanding, But a rod is for the back of him who is devoid of understanding.
It’s amazing. It’s almost self-explanatory. The only thing you get to keep is what you understand. And, when the devil finds out that you don’t have what you say you have, he’s got a rod for your back. He’s going to whoop your backside. Anybody ever had your backside whooped by your parents? Well, the devil is going to do it even worse than what your parents did. That’s why it’s so important that you and I get some understanding and learn when we come here. Pastor Mike, you said these two things, your public performance will snitch on your private practices. You said the man outside of the Word will not be introduced to the real you. If you don’t get a hold of the word that is coming out of the men and women that stand before you, I’m telling you, it’s going to snitch on the real you. You won’t be able to pull it out. You’re going to be the carbon copy of somebody else. You better write those two statements down because they are game changers.
And for a lot of us, Pastor Dewayne, you’re so correct. I have been a proponent of trying to help you to hear what I heard. If I can get you to hear what I hear, then you’re going to accelerate your destiny. It’s going to be expedited. He told you something to hear. He said write it down and some of you all are just gonna sit there and you’ll never hear this again, and you won’t add this to the repertoire of the principles of life so you can conduct yourself according to the Word of God, and the change won’t come. And then you’re going to blame me. Well, you’re not being a good student. Shout the Word works, when I work the Word.
This diving alignment, if you will complicit concerning this, this thing is going to change your life. We have to be transformed from the form we were deformed in at the high treason of Adam’s will.
He went against the order of God. Ofcourse, that’s the day he died spiritually and the order of God we were all born in sin and shaped in iniquity. Well, shaped brings on a form. We were shaped into something that God didn’t originally form us in.
Rom 12:2 (NLT) – And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Trans, that prefix, is to move someone or something from one place to another. Like transport or transfer or transaction or even transgender. You change your gender from its original gender, or are attempting to, even without surgery because your trans in your thinking. And, as a little boy you start acting like a little girl. He said transform. You’ve got to move out of one form into another form. Trans is the word metamorphosis in the Greek. It’s like the butterfly. You’ve got to trans. You’ve got to come out from among them.
Pastor Dewayne: Yes, because transformed is something that is done from the inside out. So, it starts with your thinking. Conformed means it’s something from the outside. They’re trying to con you to form you into something that you were never designed to be. That’s why He said be not conformed to the world, but be ye transformed from the inside out by the renewing of your mind. God is trying to tell us, I want you to come in here, enter to learn, and when you come in and you embrace what you have heard and you start applying what you learned, the only people that have learned something are the ones that are applying it. Just because you can quote it doesn’t mean that you have learned it. It just means that you can quote it. You don’t learn until we can look at your footprints and your footprints have lined up with the words that have come out of the pastor’s mouth. And the minute that you are really transformed, you don’t go back.
You will never see a butterfly go back to a caterpillar. You will never see a butterfly talk about his caterpillar years, because when he changed from a caterpillar to a butterfly, when he went up the tree, he flipped himself upside down and then what’s going on, on the inside when he wraps himself in that cocoon, is they break down his brain.
Then it builds up another brain so when he comes out, he’ll never think like he used to. When you get a hold of the Word of God, when you start applying it to your life, you will never go back to Egypt because you know there’s nothing in Egypt that you want. That’s why we’ve gotta get a hold of this Word. Clapping ain’t gonna get it, shouting ain’t gonna get it, running ain’t gonna get it. What’s gonna get is when we can see you leave out of here come back with the fruit of the words that are coming out of the men and women of God. That’s why you see these people that have been coming in here and getting married. They want their lives to line up with what the Word has been saying. That’s what you gotta do. And, if it works for one person, it will work for anybody, because God has no respect of persons. Don’t say that’s for Pastor Mike, Pastor Mike can do it..No, No…you can start today. I don’t care how long you’ve been in this thing, if you can believe it starting today, it can happen for you, but you gotta change the way you think.
But He’s turning us right side up because we were upside down.
2 Cor 10:3 (NKJV) – For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not [a]carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.
Imaginations are derived from images. Imaginations are the perpetual practice of an image that has been thrown into your thinking. The devil, because he’s a coward, he stands back off you and throws thoughts at you. And because he knows some of the inclinations, or propensities, or proclivities, because he’s witnessed some activities of the flesh from before. So, he’ll try to bring back to you those images so you can image upon them. Those imaginations, the scripture says, that exalts themselves against the knowledge of God, He gives us explicit instructions on what to do with them. He told us to cast them down and everything that the devil has thrown into your mind. So then, when you are in the mall, and the thought comes to steal it instead of buying it. Oh devil, I bind that in the name of Jesus! But what is he going to address you with?
He’s going to address you with things that you’ve already had a bent towards. So, if you are used to answering booty calls, he’s going to call you. That’s what he’s going to use. The minute you get the call, the Bible says, you’ve gotta go to work on that thought. Because the perpetuation of that image that you keep imagining is building this whole picture of what you see in your life and what you see perpetually, you’re going to become. That’s why you’ve got to set the Word of God before your eyes. The reason why you can’t have any deliverance is because you won’t let it go in your thinking. And she can keep smashing you without being married to you, because that’s where your thinking is.
The reason why some of these boys who are picking up these firearms and robbing people at 10, 11 and 12 years old is because of the images that are placed before them that they imagine perpetually. They see it everywhere they go, so they are becoming them. And, we don’t have anything to counteract it as it pertains to the Word of God, because they don’t like what you talk about concerning the Lord because they haven’t seen a transformation in your thinking. Now the Bible says that we were created in the likeness of God. But, instead of you imagining God’s image of you, you are imagining another individual’s images or imagination concerning you. That’s why I said that you will never meet the person that God intended for your to be outside of the Word, because your imaginations are distorting the image of God in you. You are thinking diametrically opposed to the image of God. And the more you image against God, the more this distortion concerning the image of God in you. That’s why you’re not fulfilling the will of God because of your thinking. Now we gotta deal with some of this thinking that’s against God. And you know when you’re about to do something that’s against God. It’s against the order of God.
Pastor Dewayne: Gen 1:26 (MSG) – God spoke: “Let us make human beings in our image, make them reflect our nature. So, they can be responsible for the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the cattle. And, yes, Earth itself, and every animal that moves on the face of Earth.
When you are not reflecting the nature of God in the earth, your dominion is earth is diminished. You can’t be responsible for replacing Jesus in the earth. He told you to occupy until He gets back.
Turn to your neighbor and say You are Jesus’ replacement. The imagination can’t even think towards that because your imaginations are against the image. What you think on and do that’s arguing against the will of God is distorting the image. Therefore, you don’t take dominion over your household. You don’t even feel worthy. The devil has you where he wants you because you’ve been following the images of this culture.
And that’s why I declare as boldly as I do because I’m reflecting the nature and the image of God whereby, I take responsibility for mine. Shout I’m made for this! Shout there’s a new sheriff in town! So, when I get the thought of cheating on my taxes, that’s against the order of God.
When I get the thought of having another slice of pizza, after I already had 4 Krispy Kreme donuts, something’s wrong with the image. When I’ve got to get all of this work done on my body so I can feel better. How do you get a car that costs more than you house? Something’s wrong with the image.
If you need stuff to make you who you are, you are a counterfeit and God didn’t create you as a carbon copy. You gotta rise up big within you and know who you are. When Adam failed, we became deformed. Now Jesus is here, we’ve gotta be transformed, and the only way to get from here to there is through here (your mind).
