Discipleship in Being Led by Holy Spirit

Sunday, November 20, 2022 – RECAP/Study Points

Being led by the Spirit sometimes means being led by leadership and you should not detour from leadership. Leadership got it by the Spirit. When you flow with leadership, it dismisses you from any kind of responsibility or correction from God.

I told death, the first time you tried to take me out, I don’t want to go out with you. I want to go out with life. You can’t try to walk in this kind of confidence when you get an evil report. You have to be living in this long before the storm comes. Get my books, the trilogy “Before the Storm”, “During the Storm” and “After the Storm.”

You are in one phase of that trilogy right now. You have to prepare yourself. You should be established and know that no weapon formed, it may form but it will not prosper (Isaiah 54:17 KJV).

You can pray for people who don’t have a connection and unless there is some intervention of a miracle that will take place in their lives, their faith will not manifest what you prayed. Because it’s a prayer of faith. If we pray the prayer of agreement and you’re not in agreement, you can die. It does matter what ministry you attend. It does matter who is your Pastor.

Pastor Dewayne: you (Pastor Mike) said some time ago, you hear better here (pointing to heart) than you hear here (pointing to mind). Satan will make you listen to what you hear and see on the outside. If you don’t have the word of God on the inside, in times of tribulation and trial, you’re going to go by what you see on the outside. We don’t live from the outside in, we live from the inside out. We look not at the things that are seen; we look at the things that are not seen. The things that are not seen are eternal. When God says by His stripes, you are healed, (Isaiah 53:5 NKJV) you may not see that in the natural but you see that with the eyes of faith. Take your faith and pull the unseen on the scene. Believe God from the beginning, it’s hard to build a house in the middle of a storm.

We aren’t talking about building this faith. This faith that has been given has already been dealt to you (Romans 12:3 NKJV) God has already dealt the measure. Most think you have to develop faith when all you have to do is believe in faith. Believe in the faith that you have. All things are possible to those that believe. If you have to build faith, you don’t have any understanding. You have mountain-moving faith right now. You don’t have to develop faith or then you would have to develop joy, peace, or love. Understand what you have. God has given you all the love you will ever need. You will not get more Jesus than you have right now, you need an understanding of the Jesus you have. That’s going to increase your boldness as you walk through life.

Don’t let my confidence offend your insecurity. Deion Sanders If you aren’t learning, you should be leaving.

Pastor Dewayne: It does matter who you give your ear to. If I’m not sitting under someone that’s trying to teach me so I may learn, most give motivation and I don’t need motivation. If you motivate me, you’re telling me I will need you all the time. When that motivation leaves, I will have to come back to be pumped up again. If you have someone teaching you how to believe in God, that believing will reap the power. When we see the manifestation of something, that’s God saying I’m protecting my namesake. It quenches the Holy Spirit when you don’t believe in God.

You should stop wanting stuff that you aren’t willing to become. Your income and all of your outcomes are determined by what you become. You have to become the Word. If you have to go to God for everything, you are untaught. Notice, when Jesus met that Centurion (that had great faith), he told Jesus, you don’t have to come to my house, I got this, you just speak the Word. (Luke 7:6-8 NKJV) Since we have the Word, you don’t have to go to God, you are here in His place (as His replacement). He told you to occupy until He comes (Luke 19:13 KJV).

The just shall live by faith. Most believers try to get in faith when trouble comes.

If someone brings something to you about your Pastor, they are indicating to you that you are the equivalent of a trash can. If someone comes to you, don’t entertain them send them to me (your Pastor).

You can only take offense. No one can ever offend you. If you are offended, it is because you have made a choice to be offended.

The reason why sickness may be locked into your system is simply that your heart isn’t right.

Pastor Dewayne: Stay out of that place called offense. Offend means you’re “off” the word which will “end” the process that the word was going to do in your life. We live by believing the word. Offense will stop you from believing and when you are offended you stop the power of God from being performed in your life.

There are some radical changes that are about to take place in this ministry and you’re going up.

Pastor Dewayne: I decree and declare that everyone that learns and knows the voice of almighty God, you will be strong, and you will do great exploits. You will make your light so shine, that men will begin to glorify the father that you say you serve. No longer will you have to tell them that you are a Christian, you will begin to demonstrate to them that you are a follower of Jesus Christ and when you do that, the Father’s name will be glorified in heaven.

Pastor Brelyn: The story of the Canaanite woman in Matthew 15:21-28 (KJV) – Jesus told her because of your great faith, your request has been granted. God will step over some stuff because of your faith. You may not have the credit, but you need to be approved.

You will not even know that sometimes you are being led by the Spirit. Just obey. He wants this to flow with you where you are living this life. It’s natural with the super on it.

My favorite scriptures:

Matthew 5:8 (NKJV) Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Your seeing God relative to this scripture is not only when you will go to heaven. They taught me if I keep my heart right, I will eventually see God when I got to heaven. God gave me revelation that “they shall see God” now and then (heaven). I saw God Monday and you see God in your everyday going.

The most underrated blessing is you leaving your house and returning back home. Fix things in your house and stop arguing like you’re guaranteed to see them again. When receiving a call regarding someone transitioning, the common denominator in every house is sorrow and regret. Don’t tolerate that stuff in your house, fix it.

Matthew 5:9 (NKJV) Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

There is a difference between children and sons. Children are immature. (Example: a husband and wife are no longer compatible, none of us are just compatible. The world made up that word, all of us are so different, even twins have separate fingerprints. Who in the world is compatible? You’re not incompatible, you’re immature).

Pastor Dewayne: There are so many people learning, yet never coming to the knowledge of the truth. When are you going to start putting into action the stuff that you know? Why do you have to get a new word and you haven’t performed the one you received the other day? How are you going to make a demand on the word from last week when you haven’t studied the notes? When are you going to become one with the Word? The only thing stopping us is our believing. Sin can’t stop the power of God from flowing. The condemning of the mind is why you can’t believe the Word. You have a covenant.

Please get acquainted with John 13:34-35 (NKJV). How many of you will fight for this Agape and Honor? I have to take “as He has loved me” and use that to love you. I ask, how has He loved me? That’s going to take “I’m done” out of my mouth when it comes to you because when has God ever been done with you? Revelation 3:20 (KJV) Behold I stand at the door and knock. God has never quit on you.

Pastor Dewayne: John 13:34-35 that all men will know. When Jesus said to feed these people. He knew they were going to stay it’s too many. He already knew what He was going to do. God is speaking to us right now. God wants us to believe Him.

He fed 5000 plus with a two-piece fish dinner and had leftovers because love will make little expand (story outlined in Mark 6:30-44 KJV).

I decree and declare this week will be a supernatural week as you have decided to grow up in this word, you will see the supernatural hand of God upon your endeavors. We speak the supernatural power of God upon it.

Shout: I live an offense free life. I don’t have to be concerned about sickness, death or any of the above because my heart is free in Jesus. When I’m being taught, I listen as though I have to teach tomorrow.

What can you teach tomorrow? The more you talk about it, the more you will retain it.

Action Items:

  1. Document what you will teach others from this lesson.
  2. Study this lesson (get familiar with it) and listen to this over and over until you can teach it.
  3. Teach it to others!
