Pastor Mike: God is committed to your success!!!

Ecclesiastes 5:1 is very clear, and I have established it before in your hearing, and it is important that you embrace these opportunities. Ladies and gentlemen, without these exchanges, the will of God cannot be fulfilled. I said, without these exchanges, the will of God cannot be fulfilled for your lives because right here is the order of God to put a man in front of a man and lead that man into the next level of his life. You have been tasked with the responsibility, and it is the order of God for a man or woman of God to be placed in a man or woman of God’s life to usher them to escort them into their next level.

Just as these ushers (at both locations) lift their hands, signaling to you to come this way. There should be a man or woman in your life that you have acknowledged as a leader, a mentor, a pastor whom you revere and give reverence to and honor to who has the authority to summons you this way. They should produce what the Bible has defined as the ministry model.

Hebrews 6:12

Imitate those who, through faith and patience, inherit the promise
There should be a man or woman in your life that you can visibly see has something on their lives that you are rightfully entitled to
All increase and promotion are gathered, embraced, and enveloped through and by exposure.
If you are not exposed to more, it is impossible to have more; you won’t know more exists if someone does not introduce more to you.

As your Pastor, I am your “USHER’…….

God is providing you an opportunity to fulfill the same order. And ladies and gentlemen, there is no other time better than this time for you to begin to prioritize your lives. You should start prioritizing your lives like never before right now because you’re now is indicative of what your next is going to be.

Don’t continue to make choices that are working against you.

Pastor Dewayne: Pastor Mike, you made this statement years ago, life is choice-driven; you will live and die by the choices that you make. So, if that’s the case, choices create consequences. Lots of people think about the consequences they are in right now, good or bad, of the situation they are in right now; they think it’s God trying to get their attention. But it’s the choices that they have made. That’s why you need to look at the leader or usher you are following and their end result. Their end results will give you an indication if they are your ‘Usher or not.

There are a lot of people who don’t understand that when you walk by faith, you got to live in the now, and there will be some choices you have to make, and you have to make it now; so that you release the power. Because with every promise of God, He always puts some principles in it to promote you. When you practice, those principles will promote you to the place He already desires you to be from the beginning. And that’s why you got to take heed to the Word of the Living God that you are hearing today.

Pastor Mike: Class, I am endeavoring to normalize wealth. That’s why understanding wealth is so imperative.

Scripture wealth is not defined by stuff
Just because you got yourself a Birkin bag doesn’t mean you have arrived or that you are wealthy. Having a Loui Viton bag or a Mercedes Benz emblem on your hood is not Biblical wealth (this is not what the Bible calls wealthy).

Pastor Dewayne: When people start chasing stuff, they open up the door to the devil. That’s why Jesus came on the scene, and He said, “Beware” You better beware; a man’s life doesn’t consist in the abundance of things that he has. What’s been happening is the church has been chasing the gentile bait (that’s what Dr. DeDe calls it), and they have been so consumed with the gentile bait, not knowing that the bait was designed to catch something bigger. Now we can’t get bigger because we are still focusing on the bait. A lot of people go after the bait, get the bait, eat the bait, and when you live in the bait, what you do is, paint a picture and create your own you, and when you finish, you really don’t like the you that you are. You have got all that money, but nobody in the house can enjoy it. Husband cussing out the wife, wife cussing out the husband, children running all over the place. When are you going to wake up and put first things first? You don’t prioritize; if you don’t prioritize, you’re going to set yourself up for a big trap, and God is trying to keep you from some of these mouse traps that Mickey already built.

Pastor Mike: You will pass the point of choice.

Luke 16:10

A person who is faithful in the least is faithful in much.
He who is unjust in the least is unjust in much.
devil doesn’t want us to have a glimpse or view of the consequences he just mentioned while we are making a choice that’s contrary to the order of God. He just wants you to indulge.

3 John 1: 2

Beloved I pray – and one translation says I wish above – how many things? Response: above all things…that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prosper.
This should provoke you to pay attention.
What in God’s name is above all things He wishes or prays for us?
Prosperity and wealth started the day you received Jesus. He has already given you all things that pertain to life and godliness.
Some of you’ll be like, when I get more money, I am going to tithe. No, you won’t!
Get your mind right concerning the scriptures, and you will see a wealthy man.
Wealth begins in your thinking. You can’t have wealth around you without having wealth in you.

In the book of Hebrews, the Bible says there are people who put more emphasis on creation than the Creator. You are going after the stuff He made than going after Him and the principles He made to get this stuff.

Colossians 3: 2

So, set your mind on the things above – one translation says to set your affections. So whatever God’s vision is of wealth I got to set my mind above and not things upon the earth because the things upon the earth the Bible says thieves can get in or moths can enter in and corrupt it. But if I get true riches, nothing can rob me of the wealth that I have on the inside.

Galatians 3: 29

If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.
We have True riches if we are Christ’s. I read it like this; since I am of Christ’s, then I am Abraham’s seed and heir. Heirs are those who have an inheritance from someone else.

2 Timothy 1: 7

The Bible says – God has not given us a spirit of fear, but He has given us a spirit of love, power, and sound mind.
The word ‘sound’ defined in this scripture is a soul without injury or disease. And you can tell injured souls in the body of Christ based upon the offense that has occurred in your lives. You prove how broke you are when you hold grudges. When you walk around with unforgiveness, you are broke; your soul is diseased. A sound mind is truly your wealth.

Sometimes, I make lite of your father, I have a lot of fun, and I said he left me nothing; I am discovering little by little he did leave something. My father left me something bigger than money; he left me character; he left me humility; he left me integrity. He left me true wealth. Out of all those things, I was able to build Bible wealth. Abraham’s promise as he applied a principle long before the law was given. Tithes and offering predate the law. Abraham, my rich uncle, gave the tithe long before it was commanded to give tithes.

The Bible says He gives seed to the Sower. This is the reason why you got to prioritize tithes and offerings. God wants to know that you understand this principle. who love Jesus and know real wealth, they handle their money differently than other people.

You think He accepts anything you want to give to Him, but just like He accepts offerings, He rejects them. Have you ever rented a car? There are some terms and agreements that come along with that rental. I think the most important thing regarding the term and agreements of that rental is that you return the car. There was on the News about a man who fail to return a U-Haul truck from another state; stops at a gas station where a police officer happened to be, and it came up on the radar. The police confronted him, and there was a struggle for the police gun. Other officers were called, and they shot and killed the man. He passed the point of having a choice.

The consequences of him not returning what did not belong to him. So, God says I give you one hundred percent, but ten percent of it is mine. The least you can do since I have given you one hundred percent is bring back to me, return to me based upon the terms and conditions. And we wonder why all these financial coaxes. Because there are people, who are dispatched to take from you what you did not bring back to God. Because inside of these terms and agreements, He says, I will rebuke the devourer.

The tithe is a tenth, anything above the ten is an offering, and the offering is what’s going to bless you. Then He goes a step further and says if you offer bountifully. But some of you’ll not be in a position right now to offer bountifully. Just activate the law because you got some stuff at home right now that needs to be attended to before you Boss up in your offering. We just want to activate the law!

“My Offering Triggers my Increase.”

Pastor Dewayne: … I love the way you explained the ten percent and that anything above the ten percent is an offering. And there are some people, because they don’t understand it, think they can give twelve percent or twenty percent tithes. You don’t give twelve percent, twenty percent – tithing is “ONLY” ten percent.

But the good thing about this is the word “return.” Inside, the word return is almost like a proving and testing mechanism. Return says I am going to give you this; I believe in you; return says you bring it back the way I told you, the way we discussed. And when you don’t you show the people, you don’t have any integrity. People that don’t return what God gave them have failed the money test because now they are not integral.

I was walking behind a guy one day, and he was trying to put money in his pocket; the money jumped out of his pocket and fell on the ground. He was walking up the street, me and another guy were standing there. I know the man didn’t know about the money. I picked the money up, and there were one or two things to do. I could put it in my pocket or run to give him his money because that money was his. And I hollered out, sir, sir, you dropped this out your pocket and ran and gave it to him. God told me you just return that man’s money that wasn’t your money to keep; it was that man’s money. You just proved that you have some integrity.

There are some people who don’t know how to handle what God placed in their hands; you are mixing God’s money with your money. The reason why is you’re weak in your soul. The money, Pastor Mike said, is the least in the Kingdom, and we have made money the greatest thing.

Pastor Mike: When you ran that money back to that man, you proved how wealthy you really are, because if you would have kept it, you would have proved how broke you are. And you think just because people got stuff, they have wealth. No, are you listening to me?

So now, based upon this illustration, all this came back, and everybody still got money that they didn’t have when they first came in. All except this guy, he said, because, Pastor, every time you dedicate one of my babies, I sow back directly into you, all my needs are met.

I understand the principle; God has to respond to that, so based upon your offering, He’ll sow back to you because of what you sow because that’s how the law works. Based upon the offering He will give you – somebody told me years ago that you can’t beat God’s giving!
